Learn to be Thin

DESCRIPTION:  A weight loss program for people who are tired of not losing weight, or losing weight only to put it back on.

This program is for people who are courageous.

For people who are ready and committed to doing the work of removing the boulders that prevent them from making permeant weight loss change.

This course is for you if you have the strength and courage to remove, for once and all, the thoughts and belief systems that stand in your way of being a thin version of you.

COURSE WORK:

  1. pre-work to determine your specific starting point and to prepare you for the work ahead

  2. articles to expand your current mind-set on your weight-loss journey

  3. tools to use to connect your body and your mind; get them both on board and working together to reach a common goal, weight loss!

  4. significant and weekly personal coaching on your thoughts and your specific weight-loss struggles

  5. suggested homework to uncover the thoughts driving your behavior and to make lasting changes

  6. Exercise and the role YOU want it to play in your weight loss journey

  7. Discover the diet that will work for you

  8. Discover the fitness plan that will work for you

CLASSES: will be held on the phone once each week for 8 weeks

EXPECTATIONS:  You will lose weight.

You will experience a significant shift in your behavior and mind-set regarding weight loss.

You will be well on your way to lasting weight loss - you will be a thinner you! 

And you will know how to always be a thinner you!

You will feel happier, healthier, lighter, more peaceful, and more in control of your behavior.

You will love yourself even more, and you will treat yourself with more compassion and understanding.

This is an 8-week course in self-love.
